Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order has likely already been processed and shipped by our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item was lost in transit (after 30 days with no delivery)
We do NOT accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
- Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number and photos of the item (if damaged or wrong)
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Important Notes
- We do not offer free return shipping
- Refunds are for the item cost only — original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a replacement is available, we may offer that instead of a refund
Shipping Delays
Due to the nature of our sourcing, delivery times may range from 7 to 20 business days. We are not responsible for customs delays or duties charged by your country.
